The hot weather makes us want to spend our days outside and not prepping meals in the kitchen – that’s where smoothies make your life easier while still fitting your healthy lifestyle.

Try the Kyäni Banana Punch recipe. It’s super delicious, easy to make, and packed with protein. You can either enjoy it at home or fill it in your Kyäni shaker bottle to drink it on the go.

BANANA PUNCH

Ingredients: 

• 1 banana

• 170 g low-fat curd cheese

• 400 ml milk

• 1 tbsp agave syrup

• 3 tbsp rasped almonds

• 1 scoop (30 g) Kyäni FIT20 or CORE 140+

Preparation: 

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend them until your drink has an evenly smooth consistency.
