Everyone owning a ticket will receive a code through mail, which will be needed to enter the online stream. This code is customized and can be used only 5 times. We will provide translations in the following languages during the broadcast: German, English, Italian, French, Hungarian and Turkish. How many times can I use my code? The access code is valid a max. of 5 times. That is why it is important to be conscientious with your code and only log in if you are sure you want to watch the recording. IMPORTANT: If you log in to the platform before the stream starts, it already counts as one usage. Can I use my code on separate devices at the same time? No, the code can be used ONLY ON 1 DEVICE at the same time. This means you can not log in on your mobile phone and your laptop at the same time with one code. My code does not work. What can I do? Make sure you have: - entered the code correctly. - entered the code case-sensitive. - not entered any spaces at the beginning or end. - not used the code 5 times already. Why can't I see the stream? If you still can’t hear any sound, check the mute function on your computer. The video quality is insufficient. A fast Internet connection is required. If there are bottlenecks, the video resolution is automatically reduced. If necessary, change the location if the WIFI connection is weak. Can I rewatch the recording after the broadcast? Yes, the recording of the online event will be accessible with this code during the streaming and up to 3 more months afterwards.
