Action Messages arrive when a team member needs a little encouragement to do more, or congratulations on making positive steps forward. These messages require action from you, usually within 24-48 hours. If you are unable to contact them, the messages are reassigned to the next leader to ensure your team members get the direction they need.
Go to the Message Center in BackOffice to find these messages under the Actions tab. You may opt to have them sent to your phone with a link for on-the-go convenience.
