Who likes to challenge their loved ones with a little competition, I know I sure do….
As today was full of exciting news, please see the below details for the Healthy Living Challenge for the next 5 weeks 'Move'-ember! The idea around “Move-ember” is to keep people moving and try and get a goal of 10,000 steps per day. We realise that this is sometimes too difficult to get in each day but now is the chance to push yourself a little further and challenge those close to you. Any kind of exercise or movement can be tracked.
To register you must go to 10000steps.org.au and register. This website will require a few details such as name, date of birth etc.
Once registered please email us on marketing.au@kyanicorp.com advising us what email address you registered with and we will randomly put you onto a team to work with over the next 5 weeks.
This competition is open to Business Partners, customers, family members and loved ones. You don’t have to be involved with Kyani to participate. Our goal is to just keep people active.
With 10000steps.org.au you can download their app and if you have a Garmin or Fitbit fitness tracker it can be synced with the app to show your steps. If you don’t have one of these devices you are able to manually enter in your steps.
You are also able to track exercise so for instance if you went to the gym and did some other exercise’s it can be translated into activity and the system will automatically turn them into steps.
Yes, there will be prizes as this is a challenge however, keep an eye on your inbox for further details on those prizes. Also please remember to sync your devices to make sure all your activity counts!
Please Note: You have up until November 1 2019 to register but please remember to email us at marketing.au@kyanicorp.com to be put onto a team. Once you have been assigned a team you will receive an email to advise which team you are on.
