Carl achieved this successful transformation with thoughtful and forward-thinking investments in land, equipment, and process technology. In fact, he developed new harvesting and sorting processes that are used today throughout the agricultural industry.
Carl is a strategic and genuine collaborator, known for bringing people and ideas together to forge business relationships. As a Founder, Carl brings a pioneering, cutting-edge mindset to Kyäni and inspires us to innovate and succeed.
Andrew Mangeris, Chief Product Officer
Andrew Mangeris joined Kyäni as a second-generation network marketing executive with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Having grown up around network marketing since he was 10, he has served as a marketing executive with expertise in brand management, new product development, market strategies, and field development.
He is an experienced executive in billion-dollar companies as well as startups, leading some of the most successful product launches in the industry’s history. Graduating from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and emphasis in business and Spanish, Andrew’s deep entrepreneurial spirit and passion has been his driving force towards success for many years as he has worked professionally in the network marketing and wellness industries.
Skyleur Steffensen, V.P. of North America
Skyleur Steffensen has been around the network marketing industry for his entire life. His corporate experience lends him a unique perspective, as he has worked for businesses of all sizes, from startups to billion-dollar enterprises. During his 15 years working full-time in network marketing, he has had the privilege of helping thousands of Business Partners find success through meeting their personal and financial goals.
Chad Thomas, Chief Marketing Officer
Chad Thomas started his career in marketing producing commercials and other media at a production studio. After receiving a degree in Film, Chad went on to produce award-winning cinema and television advertisements while completing his MBA.
As a Creative Director and Regional Manager at a large cable company, Chad consulted for hundreds of business clients and entrepreneurs on their messaging and advertising campaigns. Chad is a branding, marketing strategy, and communications expert, helping to build the Kyäni brand throughout the world.
Paul Haacke, V.P. of Asia
Paul Haacke has 30 years of network marketing experience, having worked with two billion- dollar companies. He has a broad background starting in product development and eventually was responsible for skincare products with annual revenues over half a billion dollars. His experience then took him to new business development where he was responsible for opening over 20 markets throughout Europe and Asia, as well as multi-million-dollar acquisitions.
Paul lived in China for seven years and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Policy and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis with an emphasis in international business.
Edgardo Erazo, V.P. of Latin America
Edgardo Erazo, is a great corporate leader, with over five years at Kyäni, where he has demonstrated his affinity with the market and his knowledge of the business.
His career is of 25+ years of experience in international positions with large companies, of which 15 have been in network marketing companies. At Kyäni, he started as manager in Central America and has worked his way to become the Vice President for Latin America. His skills in the network industry are making Kyäni in Latin America a solid market, in constant growth.
Best known for his focus and determination, he is passionate about his work and is a real team player, always looking for the best for his Business Partners and his team.
Dr. Andreas Boettcher
Dr. Andreas Boettcher received his undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Richmond, followed by a doctorate from Western States Chiropractic College. After completing his residency, Dr. Boettcher moved his family to Arizona where he opened his own successful Sports and Family Wellness Center.
During this time, Dr. Boettcher was diagnosed with a serious auto-immune condition. Recognizing the need to take control of his health to act in good conscience as a wellness leader, Dr. Boettcher regained his wellness through proper fitness, nutrition, and supplementation, losing 30 lbs. in the process.
Dr. Boettcher now shares his message of health in the way he lives and the way he teaches others. As an Ironman triathlete and Masters Men’s Physique competitor, he knows that true health has no finish line.
Gillean Barkyoumb, Kyäni’s Healthy Living Expert!
Gillean Barkyoumb is a registered dietitian, speaker, media personality, wife, and mother who prides herself in teaching healthy living principles on a foundation of factual nutrition science. As one of Kyäni’s Healthy Living Experts, she consults with Kyäni’s Product Development Department, and Executive Team to ensure we offer the very best that science and nutrition have to offer.
Along with a Masters in Nutritional Science from Arizona State University, Gillean has many years of experience in the network marketing industry and is an indispensable source of knowledge about Healthy Living.
