PROMOTION RULES:
A Business Partner who meets the qualifications for this promotion must be an active Business Partner in good standing with Kyäni at the time of the promotion in order to participate.
New Business Partners and Customers cannot have the same address or method of payment as any existing Business Partner or Customer.
Rewards will be forfeited if not selected within two weeks of the sales representative's attempt to contact the Business Partner to choose a reward.
Moved volume is not eligible for the bonus.
Any product or business pack returns received during the promotional period will result in a retraction of points and/or commissions.
All prizes and awards are not redeemable for anything other than the stated prize(s).
The value of the prizes may be considered taxable income to the winners and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Kyäni reserves the right to withhold final approval of all winners pending verification of compliance with company policies and promotion rules.
Kyäni reserves the right to interpret the rules and prizes, and all Kyäni decisions shall be final.

In the event that any of the winners are a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership, said entity shall be entitled to one award.
