LBC suspends deliveries to some areas on lockdown.

We have received notice from LBC that, due to the Covid-19 crisis, they are temporarily suspending shipments to some destinations, particularly those in lockdown status.  These include subdivisions and villages where couriers are not allowed entry due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine. Provincial deliveries from Metro Manila to North & South Luzon and to Visayas are still not possible because of the closure of boundaries.

What does this mean?

Because many locations are temporarily closed or have restricted access during lockdowns, LBC may not be able to complete deliveries to those closed locations.  It would be highly possible that a package could stay in their hub or warehouse due to the delays in reaching certain locations.  So we avoid shipping out products until we are sure that they will reach the recipient safely and within a reasonable period of time.

For now, Kyani Philippines is able to send orders to many Metro Manila addresses, after Customer Service staff confirm with the Business Partner that their address is not under lock down.  We  have utilized Grab Delivery service and this has proven to be the most reliable so far. In Davao, LBC accepts deliveries within the city.

We were able to send some products to Cebu through a chartered flight of Airspeed and we hope to be able to do the same to send products to the Davao office.

We remain committed to doing everything possible to ensure that you and your Customers will receive shipments but please expect  some delays as the crisis develops in some areas.
