Hello everyone and welcome to Kyäni Insight. My name is Chad Thomas Kyäni’s Chief Creative Officer. I'm here again with Skyleur Steffensen Vice President of Sales. How are you Skyleur?
Skyleur Steffensen:
I'm great. I am excited to be here yet again in a new month.
Chad Thomas:
It is an exciting time and of course it is the beginning of February. It's the first Tuesday of February and of course that means we have Kyäni’s Founder and Chairman, Kirk Hansen with us. So we're excited to speak with him. Let’s dive right in. We've got a great success story we received from Albion, New York, from a gentleman named Dana Harper. Let's listen to Dana.
Dana Harper:
Hi everyone. My name is Dana Harper. Calling in from sunny western New York and it is a complete honor of mine to be able to jump on this line and share my story of an amazing journey we've had so far with this company Kyäni. In fact, it's been a little over three years that myself and my wife have been with this company. My background before this industry, I used to be a machinist, so for those who don't know what that is, it's nothing glamorous. It's basically blue-collar work where I stood in front of the machine. I took a piece of metal I put into the machine, I pushed a button and a part came out and that's what I did over and over. And in fact I joke with my friends and I was basically a professional button pusher. I was definitely not the person you would think that would be successful in a people business. I was actually very shy, very introverted, but I was very frustrated as well. I wanted more out of my situation.
So fast forward to September of 2014, I learned about Kyäni. I was at a time in my life, I wasn't really looking, but I had experience in the industry of network marketing. And what I saw with Kyäni was something truly unique. I was impressed because I saw a system that I had never seen before where it was simple to actually build online and use online tools to build a business. I saw the fact that the timing of the company was impeccable that here in North America, virtually unknown, the name was still virtually unknown, but what really pushed me over the edge was learning about the products and how these products were truly making a difference in the lives of many, many people.
In fact, when I first used the products and my wife, they had an incredible life-changing impact on us. So we decided to jump onboard. We a had a lot of results very, very quickly with actually within our first seven days both of us received our first checks with Kyäni and now it's been over three years and we have not gone a single week without receiving a check from the company. So it's been absolutely incredible. With the help of the team, we were able to achieve Emerald within three months and now Blue Diamond. I'll tell you, it's been an absolutely amazing. More so than not just the money that we are able to have, but for me it's the freedom, it's the time, it's the ability to travel and go all around the world. We have incredible teams all around the world, incredible teams in Australia, incredible teams in western Canada, and throughout the world. Now to be able to travel and support other people to help other people and to share the vision of the company is truly an honor that I'm very, very happy to be a part of.
So we are absolutely in love with what we're doing. We love the products, we love the company, we love the ownership and corporate staff. We are literally part of the best leadership that I've ever seen in this industry. And it’s only going to get better from this point forward. I'm excited about the future and I'll tell you, I can't wait to see what's going to happen with every single one of you.

Many thanks to Dana Harper out of New York. I absolutely love his story. Skyleur, one of my favorite things that he touched on was the word freedom, and he was talking about getting a check every week from the moment he joined Kyäni. I think when he's talking about freedom he’s talking about financial freedom and time freedom. That's one of my favorite things to talk to people about when we're talking about Kyäni.
Skyleur Steffensen:
Yeah, I agree. I love to hear the stories of where people came from, you know, he's a machinist or a professional button pusher as he says. To go from that kind of a rigid job on a rigid schedule and to have the schedule that he has now to be able to affect people in New York and Canada and in Australia as he mentioned. It's awesome to see.
Chad Thomas:
Yeah, he's having an impact all over the place. This is a great story.
Skyleur Steffensen:
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, listen, I want to get into the call. I know that we've had an awesome start to the month of February. It's been amazing. Kirk and I were on a call just less than a week ago to announce a lot of things. I want to hear from Kirk obviously because as we look forward to the future and we shared some of these things on a call, but we want to hear more from Kirk on how he sees Kyäni moving forward. Not for the next year, but for the next two years, and the next three years with this 20/20 Vision. So I would love to welcome to the call our Founder and Chairman, Mr. Kirk Hansen.
Kirk Hansen:
Well, thank you very much, Skyleur. It's great to be with you and Chad. I loved listening to Dana’s story. That's what we do this for. I just love Dana. I love everything that he's done and he's had incredible success and it's really just getting started right now. We have just had an exciting first week of February. It's only been about a week that Skyleur and I did a Facebook Live here in North America and then a few hours later at 3:00 in the morning we were hosting a Facebook Live event for our friends and Business Partners in Australia.
It has just been a frenzy since then. Everyone is so excited. We already have people breaking new ranks in just the first few days of February. There's a lot of excitement and it's all thanks to the 20/20 Vision.
We love 20/20 Vision and it's a great fun play on words for us to speak English natively because 20/20 Vision obviously refers to how good our eyesight is. But here it's talking about focus. It's talking about laser focus through 2018, 2019 and 2020, and that we're going to dramatically change this industry, and dramatically change this company. By the year 2020, we will have 4,000 Diamonds.
And so what does that mean? 4,000 Diamonds? We will be well over a billion dollar company. We will be on our way to achieving the vision that we have all shared to be that billion dollar company. We will be impacting lives all around the world. I like to think sometimes about how big Kyäni Caring Hands is going to be when we have 4,000 Diamonds. How many Potato Pak meals are we going to be sharing around the world when we have 4,000 Diamonds? But I want to break it down to every one of us. What do we need to do to show that we have 20/20 Vision?
It's not just for people who are Diamonds today. It's for everyone. Just before this call, Chad, Skyleur, you remember we were talking about what rank you need to be today to be one of those 4,000 Diamonds with just a simple duplication through 2018, 2019 and then through 2020. And it's a brand new Business Partner. Someone just getting started. It's an incredible time that as you start to duplicate yourself, that you're on course to be one of those 4,000 Diamonds. And what does being a Diamond mean? It means everything. We have a fun video right now, and I know Chad, you are instrumental in putting that together. 20/20 Vision, 4,000 Diamonds. Your whole life will be different when you become a Diamond. And it's true. You start impacting so many lives. People are looking to you for your mentorship, for your example. You get to travel. People are looking up to you that you are training. You’re earning a lot of money. Going on fun vacations. Your life truly changes completely as you become a Diamond.
Skyleur Steffensen:
Yeah. And going back to what you said, Kirk, when you talk about who can be one of these Diamonds, I mean, it really is anybody who starts today, anybody who starts tomorrow, anybody can be one of these 4,000 Diamonds because all you're doing is duplicating yourself. And if you get to Jade, you duplicate yourself five times. You help five other people get to Jade, that gets you on the path. And then you get further along the path as you continue to duplicate yourself. And by 2020 you are a Diamond. It really is that simple.
Chad Thomas:
And one of my favorite things about this 20/20 Vision is how achievable this is. If people are truly out there and focusing on those five people and, and getting those five people to reach the rank that they are now, it's going to propel them to Diamond and beyond. And I can't wait.
I envision this day when we actually surpass the 4,000 Diamond mark. And if we truly stay on this path, I think we hit it much earlier than we think. And I can't wait for that day, and the celebration that we’ll have as a company, as a Kyäni family when we reach that 4,000 mark. What an amazing day that will be and how much fun that will be for us.
Kirk Hansen:
You know, what makes it so exciting is how simple it is to achieve it. When you break it down to every one of us just working from where we are, and duplicating yourself. It reminds me of our family business. My father never asked us to do anything that he hadn't done, and that's exactly what's happening here. If you're a Jade, then all we're asking you to do is help five people become a Jade. A nd obviously you know how to become a Jade because you are a Jade. And so whether you're a Jade or a Sapphire, if you're a Sapphire, teach people to become a Sapphire. And the amazing thing is, in that process of helping people become what you have become, you will normally break one rank and sometimes break two ranks, so a Sapphire today could easily become an Emerald in the process of helping five people in their team become a Sapphire and that obviously has prepared you now to help them become Rubies and Emeralds and so on and so forth, and so this is a business of people helping people.
Chad Thomas:
Absolutely.
Kirk Hansen:
One last thing I want to share that was so fun. An insight that we had at the Leadership Summit. When we started to roll out this vision 20/20 Vision, 4,000 Diamonds. The leaders were all saying, oh, we can do so much more than 4,000 when they started calculating and recognizing the simplicity of this. It was 10,000, 12,000. But we kept it at 4,000 because we have four regions. We have our North America region, we have Asia, we have Europe, and we have Latin America, and everyone has embraced this idea. Each region is assuming responsibility for 1,000 of those Diamonds. And so we have a little competition going on between all of these continents, if you will, and it's going to be a lot of fun to watch.
Chad Thomas:
Yeah. And I love that. You know, it's the entire Kyäni family worldwide and that's one of the things that I love about a vision like this. It brings people together into a common purpose, and a common rallying cry.
What have you seen, Kirk, so far as you talk to executives and Business Partners around the world in the short time after we've released this vision? What have you seen in terms of people coming together on this goal?
Kirk Hansen:
You know, that's the beauty of a vision is that it does bring everyone together. But a vision without a strategy is really just a dream, and we have a vision because we have a strategy and everyone starts to recognize what their role is in building this vision. One of my favorite statements to make is we don't just dream about the future, we build it. And that's what we've done as a family, that's what we've done in Kyäni, and that's what we're asking everyone to do, is dream of what you can become, embrace this strategy of duplicating yourself, sharing the product, sharing the opportunity, and it becomes that vision and you recognize what your role in it is, and it becomes so achievable. So the level of belief is just skyrocketing right now.
Skyleur Steffensen:
Well, I couldn't agree more. I love what Kirk said. Everybody has a role, because you really do. And if everybody does this role, as Chad mentioned, it becomes not only 4,000 Diamonds, it could be even more. And that's what's exciting.
