Joaquin Liborio’s goal during the 90-Day Healthy Living Challenge was to lose 20 pounds of fat while keeping his muscle mass.
“The 90-Day Healthy Living Challenge made me more aware of what I was eating and more active every day. I was using regular whey protein before the 90-Day Challenge, which wasn’t helping me recuperate after my workouts. FIT20 and HL5 added collagen to my diet, which helps me recuperate and build lean muscle every time I exercise,” she said.
After the challenge, Joaquin lost 15 pounds, lowered his body fat to 15.2%, and achieved skeletal muscle of 54.8%! Ultimately, he was able to take control of his life and get on the right track to a successful Healthy Living lifestyle!
