We want to make you aware that this Thursday (2/11) from 8 PM – 12 AM MST there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 4 hours. We will be using this time to add more capacity and security to our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.
During this maintenance window, the Kyäni website (including all Kyäni systems) will be inaccessible. Operations around the website will resume immediately after the maintenance window with a 4 hour update delay to your BackOffice following the downtime.
Customer Service will be temporarily unable to assist Business Partners during this short period.
