ไคอานี่ปิดปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อเสริมประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในทั่วโลก

ทางบริษัทขอเรียนแจ้งให้ท่านสมาชิกทราบว่า วันศุกร์นี้ (2/12) ตั้งแต่ 10.00 น. - 14.00 น. ตามเวลาประเทศไทย ไคอานี่ทั่วโลกจะมีการปิดการให้บริการชั่วคราว เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบเป็นเวลาประมาณ 4 ชั่วโมง เราจะใช้เวลานี้เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถและความปลอดภัยให้กับระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเพิ่มความเร็วในการให้บริการโดยรวม

ในระหว่างช่วงเวลาการปิดปรับปรุงนี้ เว็บไซต์ของไคอานี่ (รวมถึงระบบไคอานี่ทั้งหมด) จะไม่สามารถเข้าใช้งานได้ โดยการดำเนินการในส่วนของเว็บไซต์จะกลับมาทำงานตามปกติทันทีหลังช่วงเวลาการปิดปรับปรุงระบบ 4 ชั่วโมงตามมาด้วยการทำงานในส่วนของ BackOffice

ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าจะไม่สามารถให้บริการสมาชิกผู้จำหน่ายอิสระได้ชั่วคราวในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวนี้

We want to make you aware that this Friday (2/12) from 10 AM – 2 PM Thailand Time there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 4 hours. We will be using this time to add more capacity and security to our infrastructure and speed up our overall service.

During this maintenance window, the Kyäni website (including all Kyäni systems) will be inaccessible. Operations around the website will resume immediately after the maintenance window with a 4 hour update delay to your BackOffice following the downtime.

Customer Service will be temporarily unable to assist Business Partners during this short period.
