The program is simple: When your existing Customers refer Kyäni products to a new Customer, they’ll get 10% of the new Customer’s purchase applied as a credit to their account! There’s no limit to how many credits they can earn, and they get credits every time the new Customer makes a purchase! The beauty of it is that credits never expire. They can be saved up over time to use all at once, or they can be applied on their very next purchase.

Sounds good for the Customer. How do I benefit? 

Recurring revenue sounds good, right? You’ll get the QV and CV on every order from the referred and referring Customers! Of course, this applies to all of their orders now and in the future. The best part is, when you Customer makes a referral, you’re able to sell Kyäni products to someone that you may not have otherwise been able to reach!

How does it work? 

Every Customer has a unique link that they can find on their My Account page in the Shop. They share the link with a new Customer, and when that new Customer places an order, the existing Customer gets 10% of the new Customer’s purchase applied as a credit, and you get the volume. Simple!

Q: Do credits expire? 

A: No. At this time, there are no expiration dates on credits earned. 

Q: Will Customers get emails or texts reminding them they have credits or have earned credits?

A: Not at this time, but we may implement this in the future. 

Q: How do Customers refer people? 

A: Every Customer has a unique link that they can find on their My Account page in the Shop. They share the link with a new Customer, and when that new Customer places an order, the existing Customer gets 10% of the new Customer’s purchase applied as a credit, and you (the sponsoring Business Partner) get the volume. 

Q: What other countries will be rolling this out and when?

A: We will communicate details about other countries as the launch dates are determined.

Q: Will the QV/CV volume payout be the same?

A: Yes. There will be no change in the QV/CV of a product when credits are applied to an order.

Q: Does the volume still roll up to the upline?

A: Yes.

Q: Will we be able to track our Customers and their points?

A: Business Partners will be able to view the amount of Customers that  their Customers have referred, but they will not have access to see the amount of credits earned. 

Q: Does the credit have a limit? Can they let the credit accumulate as much as they want?

A: There is no limit to the amount of credits you can accumulate.

Q: Will there be incentives emailed out to refer to more promotions like we do with double QV potato paks?

A: We may offer incentives like this in the future. Stay tuned to our newsletters for more information.

Q: Can they use their credit towards a Prime membership?

A: Yes. Credits can be used for any purchase in the shopping cart.

Q: If the Customer becomes a business partner can their credits be transferred to a check?

A: No. The credits will remain as credits and their Customer account will become a Personal Consumption Account. 

Q: What if someone used credits on an order and didn’t want to? Or what if they didn’t use credits and did want to?

A: They would need to call Customer Service and do the following: 1) have the original amount refunded. 2) Have Customer Service manually add the credits back to their account. 3) Charge the Customer for the order amount.

Q: If the person they refer goes on auto-ship does that Customer who referred get points each month?

A: Yes. They would receive credits each time that person ordered.

Q: What happens if the Customer returns the product? Will the credits be retracted?

A: Yes

Q: Will the Customer’s volume be applied towards a Customer builder bonus? 

A: Yes

Q: What happens if the Customer also purchases Prime? Do they get an additional bonus as well?

A: They do not earn credits for products without volume.

Q: Will they be able to refer Customers from other countries? 

A: The program will only be available for Customers in countries where the program has been launched.  Once both the US and Canada are launched, a Canada Customer will be able to send a link to a US Customer. They will be able to earn credits in USD, which will then be converted to CAD credits.
