Both the Direct Selling and dietary/nutritional supplement industries are under intense scrutiny. We must avoid doing anything that might be construed as exploiting the present situation. Product claims made by Independent Business Partners end up being attributed to Kyäni, even though Kyäni doesn’t sanction such claims. Regulators in the United States and around the world are watching what we do, and we must be vigilant in monitoring our marketplace.
