The launch of Kyäni Pro allows us to bring so much technology to our Business Partners. And we continue to do so also in the Kyäni BackOffice. Now there is a new feature that was added to the Kyäni BackOffice, namely the badge program. This badge program allows you to see what your teams have been achieving and it allows you to be recognized for what you have achieved. To view the Badge Program, you go to My Kyäni in your BackOffice. There you find the section called Badges and two categories, called Badge Profile and Downline Badge Search.
If you click on Badge Profile, it takes you to the badges you have personally earned and to an overview of all badges that exist and that you still can earn. Once you have earned a badge, you can click on the date of completion and download and print out a certificate for that.
If you click on Downline Badge Search, you can see all of the badges that have been earned within your organization. If you would for example like to see everybody who earned a certain badge, just click on it and you are shown all of the team members who have earned it. These can be filtered by country or rank.
You can also see the badges in the Team Stream in your BackOffice. If you see someone appear with a badge in your Team Stream, there are two icons that give you more in-depth information on that Business Partner. Click on the report icon and see how many badges that person has earned so far and what are the Badges he or she has yet still to earn. Click on the VCard icon, you can see the latest three badges, where that person lives, the phone number and email, so that you can congratulate them for their achievements.
If you are interested in monitoring the Badge achievements in your organization, use the filtering icon above the Team Stream to filter the Team Stream messages by Earned Badge and see who has earned badges recently.
