“The X-factor for us was team spirit. I registered my team members Andrea Stratmann, Anita Höllinger, Reinhard Ohnesorge and Martina Huemer-Hartl in very short notice, literally 5 minutes to midnight before the end of the registration period.
The next day we did a Skype call and developed a strategy together. What also motivated us was the competition with another team in the German speaking region, namely Team Gurke from Germany. We had to be better than them! Many thanks to them by the way. But being No. 1 in Europe was not on my schedule at all. We did webinars, presentations, and follow-ups.
At the time we started, Martina was still a qualified Business Partner but at the end she collected the most points in our team. During the Drive With 5 promotion she did 4 Power Plays and gathered 120 points on her own.
The level of trust that our Partners and Customers had in us helped a lot in achieving our goals. So it definitely pays off to approach your trusted people”.

"It may sound hard to believe but I joined the Drive with Five with 4 "freshmen": my team was me and 4 new Business Partners, with NO experience at all in network marketing.
We designed our strategy to be implemented 90% on the ZOOM digital platform (online calls) and the rest with individual meetings and 2 larger weekly meetings. We worked towards weekly goals and in the daily agenda we were scheduling 7 to 8 "actions" to share KYÄNI with others: most presentations would have been handled by me, one team member and the guest. The overall focus was to complete as many Power Play's as we could - we were committed to it so hard that we only slept 12 hours in the last 3 days of the competition!
Believe it or not, we made it! We succeeded as a team and as individuals! Francesca Di Gianni, Paola Manzan, Barbara Pasqualetti, Alessio Favaro and Bianka Baier hit Jade, Marco Boscariolo is now Pearl, while Sauro Corò and Viviana Salvadorini qualified for Sapphire and the Dream Car Program!

"The Drive with Five was for me the most exciting challenge. I picked for my team 2 experienced Business Partners and 2 new enrollees.
We set a goal to surpass the 200 points required to qualify, driven to reach the Grand Prize! We played as a team, working tirelessly on one2one and group inititatives, with enthusiasm, discipline and professionalism.
We own a big deal to our Emerald upline Hany Abdelkarem! He has been an incredible mentor for each team member: he fueled us with motivation, training and support during the whole period.
I believe what made all the difference for us was tenacity: each one of us committed to reach the goal and stayed focus 'til the very last hour in the competion!
